I am so excited that you are planning to purchase my programme, Irresistible. Before you buy the programme, there are a few things you need to know about what you are purchasing, what you can expect, and the support you will get from me. Please read the terms below and if you have any questions once you’ve finished, get in touch and I would be happy to chat further.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the programme, Irresistible, offered by Nikki Rose Rideout. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Nikki Rose Rideout ("I," "me," or "my") OR ("we," "us," or "our") provide services to you, as purchaser of the programme. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound and which cannot be waived.

Programme Outline

Irresistible is a 9 module training that uses mindset, energetic, and healing practices to assist you in understanding how to attract lasting love.

Programme Specifics

Following the successful purchase of the programme, you will receive access to a 9 module, 3 month program (this is a brand new program, the first module will be delivered at the beginning of March).

For best results, it is recommended that you watch the programme and allow for a short period of reflection between each training.

It is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience specific results. Failure to complete the programme materials will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results. The programme is not bespoke and includes general advice. Should you feel that you need additional support, such as 1:1 coaching or mastermind support, this can be provided separately.

It is not intended that you will finish the programme with a complete and detailed plan. Irresistible provides strategies and methods to help you understand how to attract healthy love. It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the programme to your personal circumstances both during the programme and afterward. Each individual is unique, and their starting position and commitment to the programme is unique to them. The aim is that following completion of the programme, you will have new information, strategies, and techniques for understanding how to attract healthy love.

You will receive lifetime access to the programme.

Please be aware that the programme is delivered entirely in English, and no translations are provided for videos or text.

Payment Terms

The cost of the programme is listed on the sales page. There are two payment options, you can pay in full or over a 5 month payment plan. All purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds.)

Support

The aim of this programme is that you should be able to access the programme material with ease. Should you require any technical support in respect of accessing the resources, we are happy to help you get up and running. Please email [email protected], and you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. We aim to respond to you within 48 hours if you email during those hours.

Once you have finished going through the programme material, you may wish to work with me further. I am a Love and Feminine Embodiment Coach, and I work with women to help them find and keep amazing love. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and protection of your personal data are important to us. We will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. We will be provided with your email address and name but never with your financial information.

Please be aware that some training sessions may be recorded, and your name and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others in the programme. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself or your business, that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded, please ensure that if you attend any training, your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personally identifiable information will be captured.

Refunds and Cancellation

As you are purchasing digital content, which includes data produced and supplied in digital form, all sales are final. No refunds will be given.

Should you consider that the digital download is faulty for any reason, please confirm this immediately, and a further copy will be provided. Should you have any concerns or questions, please contact me at [email protected].

Intellectual Property

You will be provided with programme materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with me, Nikki Rose Rideout. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate, or provide copies to third parties, whether for free or as part of a sale.

Feedback

Throughout the programme, there will be opportunities for you to provide feedback to enhance support. Your feedback is highly valued, always welcome, and can be sent at any time to [email protected].

General

Throughout the programme, Nikki and her team will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. Nikki and her team will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the programme delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These terms are governed by English law. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the programme.
